PIX from NIFP's help in Eagle Seagull music video
Just found these on my Flickr account from my camera phone. In February 2006, NIFP sponsored a HD camera test for members to learn more about the Panasonic Varicam and newly released HVX-200. As part of our camera demo, we also used both cameras to shoot some live location footage featuring local band Eagle Seagull. It was a great very educational experience, and we all learned a lot those long hour days on this low budget project. I want to thank everyone who donated their time to help out that day, (yes this many months later).
Honestly, it was a learning experience on working with a band, coordinating schedules and finding a cheap performance venue in a short amount of time. I hope it was all just a misunderstanding or personality clash on the subject of WHY this footage has sat this long unused. I remember how GENUINELY EXCITED everyone involved felt at that time. But I'm putting this reminder up as a proactive positive reminder call to action.
I want something to happen with this footage! We need Eagle Seagull to contact us about getting this footage edited into a suitable music video. Eagle Seagull fans deserve it at least!
