Any suggestions on camcorders?
Hello, I am in the process of putting together an independant instructional,documentary film.I do not have much experience with camcorders so I am hoping to find some advice here about what camcorder may be the best buy for a small project.
the format of the film will be similar to films such as 'Super Size Me, Diet for a new America...'.I am hoping to avoid the home video type film quality that some films have (if that makes any sense).I am really aiming for the quality you might see on a talk show, like
Oprah, or Good Morning America.I have about $500 to invest in a cam., so I realize my options are very limited.Can anyone offer any advice to this film making novice? I do appreciate anything you may have to offer.
Most of the filming will be done in the evening, half indoors, half outside.I am estimating the film length to be 120 minutes, spanned over a period of 45 days (about
20 minutes per week)...
