To start creating, simply:
1. Create a GeniusRocket Account

Joining our creative community is free and easy. Once you've joined, be sure to visit My Launchpad to complete your community profile.
2. Choose a Current Assignment

We save you the hassle of finding creative work by bringing the work to you. Just search through our list of Requests for Brilliance (RFBs) and find the projects that fit your interest.
3. Choose to Work Alone or Collaborate

Once you've found the Current Assignment you want to work on, click the Launch It button to the right of the RFB's description. From here, GeniusRocket gives you the choice to work alone or to create a Launch Team. To find other members to collaborate with on your project, post a Help Wanted Ad or search the Creator Directory.
4. Complete Your Project

We'll admit it. Some of the best fun at GeniusRocket happens offline, as you work alone or with your launch team to complete great ads and other creative projects.
5. Submit Your Project and Spread the Word

Once your project is complete, you can submit your work via My Launchpad and start spreading the word to your friends and fans to vote for you. (We also give you the tools to share your work on other video-sharing sites with the click of a button.)
6. Earn Money, Network with Creatives, and Get Recognition

Everyone has a shot at earning money from an Advertising Client or by winning our community prize, the Rocket Awards. GeniusRocket is also a great way to meet creative collaborators and get noticed by industry pros.
