Note from Ehren Parks (producer on THE WRETCHED)

Hello NIFP-ers,
Just wanted to make a plug/shameless promotion.

Dan Iske's 4th feature, The Wretched, (on which I was a producer) will be competing in the Off the Edge category at the Omaha Film Festival. It is the only Nebraska film in competition.

We shot in the country 2 miles from Exit 432 (Flying J) near Springfield this summer. The entire cast and crew are local (except for this UCLA student, but when your a 5th generation Nebraskan, it takes a while to become anything else).

We screen Friday the 22nd and Saturday the 23rd at 9pm. Tickets available at www.omahafilmfestival.org. So come out and see how much potential your low-budget project has. We made this sucker for less than a year's tuition at UNL.

And always remember the words of our own Lew Hunter: No one ever FAILS in Hollywood...They just QUIT.

never quit: see you at the fest,
ehren
