October is our film festival month! We have our Middle of Nowhere Film Festival at the Joyo Theatre on October 11th. Show will start approx.7:30. And we have quite the show! BE sure to be there for all the fun. Bring your friends to vote for your favorite short film and help decide the Audience Choice Winner! And don't forget to put your name in the pot for our giveaways!

We are also having a small beginning filmmaker workshop from 10-2 on October 11th. We have a small number of seats left open. If you are interested, shoot us an email. There is a small fee of $10 to cover material costs.

Since October is our film festival month, our meeting will focus on film festivals! What is local, what is not, what fees might be, what may be good, what might be bad? We'll have answers for it all. Hope to see you at the Ross!
