AB Productions is holding auditions for its upcoming feature film “Trunk’d” on Saturday May 1st in Omaha and on Sunday May 2nd in Lincoln.

“Trunk’d” is a road-trip comedy involving four men driving from Nebraska to Texas to dispose of the body of a dead call girl whom they find “unresponsive” the morning after a bachelor party.

Annie (20-25), Major, 8 Scenes
Annie is the deceased call girl who is found at the beginning of the movie. Although she has no lines, she is considered to be a major character because she plays an integral part to the story. She is fully clothed throughout the entire movie.

Stephanie (22-26), Major, 4 Scenes
Stephanie is Adam’s (lead character) fiancé. She is a heartland girl raised by her father, Randy, the mayor of their small, Nebraska town.

Fredo (25-35), Minor, 4 scenes, 16 lines
Fredo is an effeminate motel employee at the run down DeadEye Motel in Driftwood, Texas. Fredo continually hits on Paul (Adam’s older brother) while they stay at the motel.

Billie Jean (25-30), Minor, 3 Scenes, 8 Lines (Model/Actress)
Billie Jean is one of Joe’s call girls. She is considered the leader/top girl of the three call girls. Joe relies on Billie Jean to keep the other two girls in check and to assist him in stealing Annie’s body from Adam’s trunk.

Diana (20-25), Minor, 3 Scenes, 4 Lines (Model/Actress)
Diana is another one of Joe’s call girls. She is the most careless and ditzy of the three girls.

Thriller (20-25), Minor, 3 Scenes, 3 Lines (Model/Actress)
Thriller is Joe’s third call girl. She distracts Jesse at a bar while Billie Jean attempts to steal from Adam’s trunk. [African American preferred – not required]

Peter (45-55) Minor, 2 Scenes, 2 Lines
Peter is Adam’s father. Mary and him welcome Adam and his friend into their home for a night along their journey to Texas.

Mary (40-50), Minor, 3 Scenes, 11 Lines
Mary is Adam’s mother. She has resentment towards her son, Paul, who lives in their basement, unemployed, and who has “turned against” the Christian faith by converting to Judaism for a girl whom he never dated.

Blind Clerk (50-65), Minor, 2 Scenes, 2 Lines
An elderly grease monkey who runs the cash register at an old run down repair shop/gas station.

Male Speaking Roles (30-55), Minor, 1 Scene, 1-2 lines

Multiple (3-4) 1 line speaking roles will be available for males, open to wide range of ages. Characters include: Mechanic, Police Officers, and Business Man. Please bring a headshot and resume.

Omaha auditions will be held at the Nebraska Film Group offices located at 1904 Farnam St. Suite 320 Omaha, NE 68102 from 10am-5pm.

Lincoln auditions will be held at the Mary Riepma Ross Theater's library area. The Ross is located at 313 North 13th Street Lincoln, NE 68588 from 12pm-5pm.

The film will be shot June 18th - July 3rd in and around the Wahoo, NE area.
