what is RED THEATER?
Red Theater is a theater collective formed in Lincoln, NE with five shows previously produced. Red Theater is based on the Neo-Futurist theater movement.
Red Theater is looking to create an Omaha collective.

here’s what we’re looking for:

an ORIGINAL monologue written by YOU.
it can have props, be interactive, physical, musical, whatever.
what makes you “you”? what’s important to you?
in a positive, funny, tragic, or beautiful way?
it doesn’t have to be epic.
you can perform a monologue about ANYTHING.
as long as YOU wrote it.
we are not looking for awesome actors but rather awesome PEOPLE.

Auditions will be held on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Monday May 17th
Tuesday May 18th
7:30-10:30pm

What to do for the audition?
Please prepare a one minute original audition focusing on the personal and theatrical.

When is the next show?
Auditionees will be accepted into Red Theater for all future performances, but availability for our next performance on August 14th is required.
