The NFG offices will be closed at the end of October due to the Building owners leasing our space to someone else. It seems that they signed a 15yr lease with them and gave us 30 days to vacate. After The NFG has spent over 40,000 in rent this is how they do it. They are willing to lease us a space on 17th and Harney with 2 times the square footage for the same price but the space just doesn't lend itself to what we do and the parking is even worst. It would seem that we will be going virtual for a while as we redevelop the NFG and try to find a new home.
This for sure is a bit of a set back for us but as always, we will find a way to bounce back. If anyone is interested in helping with the NFG reboot, please contact me personally.
